A good knowledge of cocktails and wines is an advantage
The position offers a good basic rate of pay with an opportunity for excellent tips. Additional hours are available for promotions work.
High level of spoken and written English and presentation are essential.
A valid EU work permit or passport is vital and must be produced during the preliminary interview and before any position can be offered.
