To provide a first class recruitment service to teachers and schools in order to build and grow the business.
Job Purpose:
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to generate new business by maintaining first class relationships with schools in order to establish their recruitment needs. To source high quality teaching staff that match school requirements whilst delivering a high level of professional service to both the school and teachers.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Sales & Marketing
- Achieve weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & branch targets
- Completion of core day tasks
- Regular & systematic calls to schools to build & maintain relationships with school personnel and to establish recruitment needs with the inclusion of sleeving candidates
- Regular and planned calls to candidates to maximise placements
- Determine the requirements of a new job and create job profile
- Calling initial prospects through to confirmation of registration, interview and placement
- Creation of candidate profiles detailing a candidates USP
- Negotiation with schools and teachers with regard to rates of pay
- Source feedback at the beginning and end of assignments
- Management of teacher files in line with Company procedures
- Bulk emailing to target schools
- Pre-screening of prospect candidates
- Entry of jobs onto specific job boards/web site
- Generate new leads including recommend a friend, school referrals and web sites
