My client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage a small team at this established branch in Ealing. You will need to be:

• A true business “driver” with exceptional team management skills
• An effective team manager capable of building a strong team
• A strong Recruitment Manager with a hands-on approach

You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to make the move to Recruitment Manager.

As the Recruitment Manager you will be required to drive business improvement by providing a strategic and targeted approach to business development, coaching and development of your team and providing a hands-on, lead from the front management style.

You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Manager / Branch Manager with a proven track record of managing a temps and perms business and delivering margin growth.
