Hours: 36 per week; may include evening and weekend work
Salary: £20,463 per annum (plus 10% shift allowance and other allowances relevant to this post)

You will be required to support people with learning disabilities and or mental health challenges to have control and choice about their lives and to contribute to the community as equal citizens.

Key Duties

  • You will ensure that people are supported to achieve their individual outcomes as directed.
  • You will own and share Three Cs values, vision, mission, priorities and commitments and support the development of the project accordingly.
  • You will support people to access a range of community based activities for example appropriate health, leisure, education, well-being and employment opportunities.
  • You will assist the Specialist Project Leader in the management of staff and people we support which includes formal and informal supervision of staff and volunteers.
