Requirements:
- be familiar with the HCA International`s Mission Statement and ensure that `All of Us` criteria are met in relation to `every person, every time` paediatric intensive care course
- APLS/EPLS provider
- valid PIN and NMC registration
- excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities/Duties:
- take the role of co-ordinator when senior staff are unavailable participate in auditing, clinical research and trials under the supervision of the Children`s Critical Care Services
- Manager to work on delegated projects relating to local policy development and actively reinforcing their use adhere to policies and procedures maintain professional development and learning discharge planning liaise with families assisting in their training, education and promoting family-centred care providing support and acting as an advocate for children and their families
- supervise and support other members of the team, including new staff, acting as a preceptor as required liaise with the multi-disciplinary team on all aspects of patient
