Senior Chef De Partie Jobs in London 2011
The all-day, contemporary venue will be open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and is situated within a newly-refurbished five star hotel. Alongside the bar and restaurant operations, the site will also run full food and beverage services to the hotel meeting and conference rooms and will provide room service to the hotel’s 230 rooms.
We are currently recruiting for a kitchen brigade for this exciting project.
Senior Chef De Partie:
- Required to oversee the garnish section. You must have at least 2 - 3 years in a similar role and have the ability to aid the direction of the CDP team.
Demi Chef De Partie:
- To work alongside a team of CDP's in the larder section. At least 1-2 years experience in a simliar role is required
Senior Breakfast Chef:
- A talented breakfast chef to oversee the running of the kitchen for breakfast and ensuring the highest quality of product using fresh ingredients. The ideal canidate will have management skills and have 2-4 years in a similar role.
Breakfast chefs:
- Reporting to the Senior breakfast chef, you will have the ability to cover this section. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required

Ideally you will come from a fine dining/rosette restaurant or hotel background; be able to deliver five star service and have a proven track record in the industry. You must be able to exceed guest expectations and have exemplary service standards.
