The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the strategy to rationalise the companies outsourced third party property managers and carry out stringent comparative analysis and the application of 'best in class' practices as well as acting as the firms principle point of contact to manage the relationship with outsourced third party property managers.
In addition to this you will also establish consistent and effective best practice standards in adherences to RICS service charge codes and other relevant standards, introduce consistent performance standards and service level agreements across the companies third party property managers and work closely with the Asset Managers and Operations teams and in conjunction with the Fund/Asset Managers facilitate proactive high quality support, service and communication with clients and ensuring timely reporting satisfies client expectations. To apply for this role you will be MRICS qualified with a background in commercial property and have technical experience of doing a similar role as well as directly managing Property Managers. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must to allow you to manage property managers and work as a team.
