The role
Actively assisting our Inter Company Controller, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day transactional Inter Company processing activities. In particular, the posting of Inter Company non trade accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, posting and allocating Inter Company customer receipts and coordinating payments. You must also ensure Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (JSOX) compliance, assist with consolidation data checks, resolve queries and work continuously to improve the Inter Company processes.
What were looking for
With a proven track record in an accounting role, which includes financial accounting, you all ideally be working towards a recognised accountancy qualification. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounting on sub-ledger with an appreciation of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses. Highly analytical in your approach, you all be highly flexible and know how to meet tight deadlines, even when under pressure. Consistently able to produce accurate financial data, you all be a strong team player and ideally have some SAP experience.
