A stylish restaurant in Central London has a warm welcoming atmosphere throughout. It is part of an established group which trades with a reputation for excellent food and service with a menu using fresh quality ingredients. This great quality restaurant has over 5 branches and produces exceptional modern English menus in each one. You will report to the company directors and will be expected to have alot of in out into menu creation and development of the team.
Required Experience
- Be able to cook at 1 rosette level
- Being able to build, motivate and develop a team
- Working within a quality pressured environment to ensure that standards are maintained in line with the groups image
- Producing food to a high standard
- Working with the management to continually improve the dining experience for their customers
Ideally coming from a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef position, you will be:
- A highly motivated and passionate chef
- Able to cook all food from fresh
- Proven team management skills
Salary & Benefits
