Salary £20K – 22K + OTE (uncapped commission)
My client is an established recruitment company that recruits in multiple sectors of recruitment from multiple offices throughout the UK.
I am working very closely with them to develop a small team of Trainee Recruiters, the successful applicants do not have to possess recruitment experience, however, you must be ambitious and possess the desire to succeed, coming from a sales or telseales background.
I agree that the rewards can be high in recruitment so is the effort and work rate that is required to achieve success.
My client has an opportunity for you to be part of an existing Telecoms team, work on a daily basis with an experienced Manager who will nurture and develop your skills, potential to succeed.
You will walk into a training programme so you are brought up to speed with the technical terms, buzz words and handed a vertical market specialism to develop as your own.
You will be speaking and presenting to new clients, speaking with suitable candidates, using data bases for searching candidates to fill permanent or contract Telecom & Technology related vacancies.
