The role
- Reporting to the Practice Managers, this position is responsible for the management of Coffey International Development business service functions, logistical support services, human resources administration and office management. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Ensuring efficient running of the London office
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and faxes.
- Managing events and internal meetings / workshops including provision of refreshments (where appropriate) and setting up power point facilities.
- Managing the office calendar
- Managing the deployment of technical advisors
- Facilitating the issuance of security clearance and visas
- Providing inductions on Coffey administrative and quality procedures for technical advisors
The person
- We welcome applications from candidates who have demonstrated experience working in a similar role. Previous experience leading a team is desirable.
- As an enthusiastice individual, the successful candidate will have the ability to think clearly and logically and have excellent communication skills. We expect that this person will be reliable, a team player who is able to work under limited supervision and take initiative.
High customer service orientation, solid administration experience skills and effective time management skills will be key to you success. Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting procedures, including budget management and control.
With demonstrated experience in the marketing of services, including tendering and bid development, the Microsoft Office package and flexibility are essential attributes.
