Essential Experience Required for the Successful Technical Analyst:
Experience
- Comprehensive data analysis experience
- Ability to interrogate databases
- Previous banking experience (Retail, Wholesale or Investment)
- Strong, demonstrable technical project life cycle experience, including governance and controls
- Good understanding of data models and basic system design
- Experience of regulatory reporting i.e., Basel II, Liquidity etc
- Risk management experience

- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to co-ordinate with teams in multiple locations
- Strong delivery focus
- Ability to interact and maintain dialogue with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible
