The Botanist has a 60 cover restaurant, a beautiful cocktail bar and lounge area, offering an extensive wine list and excellent food. We are open 7 days a week and cater for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
This position would suit somebody energetic with some experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications looking to work in a dynamic environment. Applicants should have the ability to run a section in a high volume environment, a keen interest to learn and a natural passion for food.
We pay well directly into your bank account every fortnight. The working week is based on 7 shifts.
