The Role:
- To oversee the smooth running of the bar, with the ability to create a fun and enjoyable workplace, and a customer focused bar.
DESCRIPTION:
- Fluent English
- Computer Literate (especially Excel)
- Must have some experience in a cocktail led environment
- Some basic knowledge of stock would be helpful
- Exceptional eye for detail
- You must be an achiever, setting and maintaining high standards
- Be able to take your own initiatives
