You will work as a Claims Handler. Duties for this position involve administrating legal claims on behalf of our business clients. This involves completing Court documents, taking brief from clients regarding their claim and generating and opening new claim accounts. You will be responsible for completing a full legal claim and processing this through the online Court system on behalf of our business clients.
Due to huge growth we are now looking to grow our team of Claim Handlers to work part time. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to enter a very rewarding industry.
If you have no experience in this field but are interested in applying then you will have to attend a training seminar provided by an external legal tutor (one off cost £50) so that you are trained up in the relevant legal subject areas and learn how to process legal claims through the online Court systems. Training will also be provided in:
Claims Procedures
- Background to Civil Court Claims
- Administration in Processing Claims
- Legal Proceedings & Court Applications
- Paralegal Training
- Generating New Claims
- Software Training
On completion of this course you will be guaranteed to be offered a position as a Claims Handler to commence immediately.
If you have paralegal experience or have worked in a law firm then you will not be required to complete the training seminar nor pay the training fee, therefore you can apply directly to start immediately.
*please note: before applying you must understand if you do not have the relevant experience, you will have to complete a will training seminar provided by external legal tutors. This course costs £50 to enroll* This fee will be refunded to you on completion of your 8 week probation period. On completion of this course you will commence work duties immediately.
