The Soho House Group is a collection of private members’ clubs, restaurants and boutique hotels located throughout London, the UK, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin and Miami catering to those in the creative industries; film, music, media and fashion.
Pizza East is opening its sister serves innovative Italian-style food and gourmet pizza cooked in wood-fired ovens in the restaurant. The team have a strong commitment to sourcing seasonal and local produce while the menu is full of rustic Italian ingredients with an emphasis on cold, baked, fried and counter antipasti. Specialities include wood-roasted bone marrow, radish and parsley, pizza with veal meatballs, prosciutto, sage lemon and parsley or chicken cacciatore with pancetta, tomato and olives.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated PASTRY CHEF to join the team.
We offer our chefs opportunities such as local and overseas tasting trips, provision of cookbook libraries, offering of Stages throughout each city and guest chef appearances.
Having completed 12 months' service, chefs will be granted 6 months in WEST HOLLYWOOD followed by 6 months in NEW YORK or MIAMI.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary, plus overtime.
