We have vacancies for enthusiastic support workers in our properties across Westminster. We provide supported living and small care homes for adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have additional physical disabilities, mental health issues or communication challenges.
Your job will be to support people to have happy and healthy lives. You need to be prepared to offer support with daily living skills such as personal care, cooking and cleaning, attending appointments, college and work, as well as supporting people to achieve ambitions, go out and have a good time, maintain friendships and relationships, spend time in the local area and go on holidays.
Direct experience of working with people with learning disabilities is not essential, but a commitment to our values, team working and an ability to learn and develop skills is vital.
All our staff work shifts including early, late and sleep-ins and weekends. Part-time hours are available.
