RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE RETAIL STORE MANAGER:

• Merchandising of stock to company standard and beyond
• Managing and motivating staff
• Work efficiently in a busy environment
• Build on the excellent customer service skills within the branch
• Stock and target management

PREFERRED SKILLS FOR THE RETAIL STORE MANAGER:

• Ability to manage a fast paced environment and drive targets
• Excellent customer service skills
• Retail management experience necessary
• Skills working with KPIs and stock management

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THE RETAIL STORE MANAGER:

• Hands on management skills to lead a team to success
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels
• Enthusiastic and positive
