They specialise in exclusive high end residential projects; the areas they cover are Hampstead, Highgate and Kenwood. Some of their projects they have completed to a high standard include Grange View which is a new build modern Villa which comprises of 5 bedrooms, swimming pool, cinema room and a bar, another project is Magnolia house a very high end residential project in. Due to continued success such as obtaining planning consent for a residential scheme in The Bishops Avenue means that they are currently recruit key personnel.
About the Role:
- Due to a recent increase in the workload there is a need for an Assistant Project Manager, to assist the Project Managers taking responsibility from acquisition / planning to handover of single bespoke homes and small luxury apartment buildings. They are looking for candidates who are keen, competent and would be looking to progress their career forward. The projects will be based in the Hampstead area. Requirements
- Experience in residential construction is preferable and also prior experience of working on high spec residential projects including hotels would be highly advantageous. Ideal candidates will have experience of working within the role of Assistant Project Manager for a minimum of 2 years. They want someone who can come into the business and hit the ground running. You will be able to use your own initiative, hard work ethic and a strong permanent background.
