The Director of Marketing and PR will be working alongside the Senior Vice President, your focus will be on the Emerging Markets developing and implementing a marketing strategy.
This luxury retail brand is expanding globally and places high importance on the level of customer brand connection and community.
Your role will be to communicate and educate the right audience in the most effective way, both culturally and commercially in each region. Your remit will encompass all elements of marketing in the regions - digital, direct, communications and media planning and buying. You will manage a team of up to 10 people, distributed across the markets, therefore some international travel will be necessary. You will also be responsible for Integration of all digital marketing functions including social media.
Proven experience of developing marketing campaigns leading to strong brand/ consumer connection and loyalty within a consumer led company, or agency is essential. Ideal candidates will have proven experience of digital marketing aswell as strategic concept and development experience.
Experience of team management within a wide geographic area is advantageous. You will have
excellent communications skills, with internal stakeholders, senior-level executives and local markets and will be comfortable in analysis around research insights, utilising market and consumer intelligence to drive business across key markets.
