You will be working at a 16 bed residential scheme day to day. You will also visit 2 separate schemes once per month (12 and 9 units) and will require your own transport.
Your role will involve risk assessments with needs assessments and support plans. It will also encompass housing management duties to include rent arrears, void preparation and sign ups.
To apply for this role you must have a current enhanced CRB disclosure and have experience of working with elderly clients within a supporting people setting.
