The Role of the Site Manager
- The Site Manager will have full control of the project on site and see the project through to completion. You will be in organising contractors and overseeing the whole build is finished to an agreed standard. Our client will be paying a generous basic salary in the region of 35/40k plus company car and excellent benefits.
The Successful Candidate
- The successful candidates will an extensive previous history in large, fast-track quality residential developments, encompassing refurbishment, new build apartments and housing projects. An excellent knowledge of the construction industry, a sales focus and the ability to motivate and effectively manage to produce results are essential.
