Essential Job Functions:
- Responding to end user support issues via a number of sources including helpdesk system, phone calls and email and ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining desktop and laptop hardware/software.
- Set up of new users accounts and required hardware.
- Support of printing infrastructure.
- Ensuring scheduled backups are completed and tested periodically.
The successful candidate will have experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2007, general print and multifunctional device support, Blackberry knowledge and a basic understanding of PC networking.
