We are looking for an experience lettings manager who has a proven track record in a successful estate agent in central London. You will need to have the skills and knowledge to help drive their central London office. It is essential that you have experience in managing a team of negotiators in motivating them and making sure that office targets are met.
Job Spec:
- To develop and maintain a lettings business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
- To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- In conjunction with Managing Director, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
- Motivating staff with incentives and rewards
- Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs
- Implementing agreed business plans
- Listing and letting properties
- Ensuring business is compliant
