An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with good Excel knowledge and an excellent eye for detail to provide administrative support within our Key Accounts Department. This department is responsible for supplying jewellery to famous High Street and on-line retailers.
This is a varied role which incorporates the following responsibilities:
- Receive orders from customers
- Enter orders on internal order processing system
- Place Orders with suppliers
- Confirm specifications with suppliers
- Deal with supplier queries
- Chase Orders
- Book customer deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to the department
Hours / Location:
The position is based in Soho and is full time (Mon-Fri 09.00 17.30).
Salary:
Up to £20,000 according to experience
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly numerate
- Fastidious attention to detail
- Two years Admin or commercial experience preferred
No jewellery experience is required for this role. The role is not suitable for anyone hoping for a career in jewellery design.
