We've always believed that if you look after people, they'll look after you. We believe this is why we’ve managed to get and retain clients, growing exponentially even in these tough times. So we're hiring, and we're looking for great people that can help us deliver excellent training.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and Rehabilitation Specialist. Ideally you should also be able to offer another service (eg. Pilates, or Personal Training), although this is not mandatory.
You will be expected to work out of our base in St James, central London, and also to travel to clients’ homes and places of work in central London, when appropriate.
You should have:
- Relevant qualifications with recognised national affiliate bodies.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Excellent people skills and a proven track-record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to be able to pick up morning and evening sessions (6:30am earliest / 9pm finish latest) and weekends.
- An up-to-date CV with references.
- Relevant insurance and up-to-date first aid.
- A visa to work in the UK.
Unfortunately if you don't fit the above criteria then please don't apply, as your application won't be considered.
So what's in it for you?
- A starting rate of £22.50 per hour.
- The potential of working up to 25 hours a week.
- Paid holidays (once you pass your probationary period and move on to becoming an employee).
- Access to a stakeholder pension.
- £1000 per year per employee in a training fund- to help you find and develop your passion.
- A ready-made client base, so no need to do any marketing.
- Regular feedback and constant development.
- A non-competitive work environment with a focus on shared learning between everyone.
- Chance to be a part of a small company that thinks big!
Our trainers all currently work between 15 and 35 hours a week, some of which have reached this level within a few months- so there’s lots of opportunity!
If you think you’ve got what we’re looking for, then drop us an email with an up-to-date CV, a photo and cover letter explaining why you think you’d be perfect for us.
