Based within the marketing core of a prominent development – you will be very much involved in encouraging the growth of this site by building and enhancing relationships with agents, clients and management teams.

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient reception service within the marketing suite to all visitors, employees and other stake holders. Your hands on approach and confidence in dealing with others will ensure your success in this role. You will be confident in liaising with different departments and people on all levels.

KEY ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • To greet all visitors promptly, completing all related security and check in procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure guests experience a pleasant visit.
  • Room Management including bookings and cancellations, refreshment preparation, light cleaning tasks and stock replenishments to washroom and kitchens.
  • Receiving guests, announcing them and offering cloakroom facilities and serving beverages/refreshments when required.
  • Engaging in general conversation when appropriate until their host arrives.
  • Escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms or areas when requested.
  • Assist, when requested, with the development of future operating procedures for the property including the administrative tasks
