The role:
Candidate networking: attraction of new candidates to the firm via traditional and innovative techniques.
Project management (identification of candidates for specific retained assignments. Involving mapping the market and identifying target candidates).
Interview and assess candidates and understanding their needs.
Presentation of CVs, highlighting candidates skill set and attributes.
Providing concise feedback on and to candidates, maximising their interview success.
Our consultant requirements:
Money orientated individuals
Legal degree or higher (LPC/BVC) (2:2 min)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve and adapt to unexpected situations
Sales experience is advantageous, however not essential as full training will be provided
