The restaurant is based in the city, occupying an old 1920's building. The menu is mainly british but has European influences. This would be a great place for a young chef to develop new skills and move their career forward.
As Demi chef de Partie I would like you to have some fine dining experience in restaurants or hotels or very good gastro pubs. You should be keen to learn from the senior chefs and have a desire to try all sections in the kitchen.
The salary on offer is £14,000 + tips of up to £1500, working 45 hours with paid overtime.
This is also a Monday to Friday role!
