The role of Restaurant Manager is taking control of all restaurant operations with a team of managers reporting to you.
The separate restaurant area does reasonable business from walk-ins and standards bookings but the bulk is from parties and events booked by the sales/events team - your role as Restaurant Manager is to make sure these run smoothly.
The venue is part of a larger group so there are endless possibilities to grow with them.
High volume, full service restaurant experience at a management level is essential.
