The successful candidate will have experience recruiting in the retail/hospitality/leisure industry and has had experience working in-house.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment across their franchised retail outlets. The role involves recruiting franchisees into the business.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Running the advertising and marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on social and professional networking sites.
- Carrying out candidate assessments and screening
- Design and implement assessment centres and careers events.
- Professionally representing the company and liaising with current and potential franchisees.
The candidate must have a track record of sourcing exceptional candidates to join the company's team.
