You should have experience in a web or technology based environment and will be working with the Sales and Marketing division, responsible for outsourced IT, digital and internal projects relating to the acquisition, conversion and retention of customers via online and digital channels.

The succesful candidate will have already worked in a similar role and be confident with stakeholder engagement, business analysis, requirements gathering, communication with technical partners and IT and managing the development lifecycle. You should be a natural communicator able to influence and negotiate to bring issues to a positive outcome.
