Job Specification:- Manage customer support queries via ticketing system.
 - Offer 1st Line support.
 - Responsibilities to include ownership of support tickets, manage fault diagnostics from start to resolution.
 
Hours of Work:
- Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30.
 - Office Based

- Have a keen interested in VoIP & IT.
 - Keen interest in IT
 - Good Spoken & written communication skills
 - Professional telephone manner
 - Customer relations skills
 - A willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the best results
