  • Manage customer support queries via ticketing system.
  • Offer 1st Line support.
  • Responsibilities to include ownership of support tickets, manage fault diagnostics from start to resolution.

Hours of Work:
  • Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30.
  • Office Based

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Have a keen interested in VoIP & IT.
  • Keen interest in IT
  • Good Spoken & written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Customer relations skills
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the best results
  • Sense of humour, self motivated & a willingness to learn
