You:
- The right candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience within Estate Agency or have a strong sales experience as they will be interested in seeing trainees.
- You must me smart and presentable, have a full clean driving licence, enthusiastic about their job, the ability to fit in with your co-workers and hit the ground running.
Offer:
- They will offer you a £10-£12k basic, 10% commission, company car/allowance and a OTE of £30-£40k (depending on experience).
