Part Time Dental Receptionist Jobs in London 2011
Part time: Wednesdays only 845am – 530pm, Occasional work outside these hours.
The position is permanent. There is a 3 month initial trial period.

Salary: Paid monthly, in arrears, by BACS, £8 per hour
The reception position here at Smile Lounge is a little different to most other comparable jobs. Yes, we are looking for someone who can carry out the duties in a systematic way. But also someone who can be instrumental in finding new ways of working, finding creative solutions to everyday challenges, a special individual who can take this practice onwards and upwards. Personality, work ethic and a positive attitude to learning outside the comfort zone are more important than experience and qualifications.
Specific to receptionist: ***Managing Director of First Impressions***
- Communication – Internal and External: Telephone, email, mail, fax etc
 - Protector of Clinical time – preventing unnecessary interruption
 - Appointment Book Filler and Manager. Scheduling a full NHS book every Wednesday
 - Selling £100 of sundries per Wednesday and Collecting Fees
 - All-round Front Desk Problem Solver extraordinaire
