Online Sales Executive - French speaking
The Role
We are looking for an Online Customer Service Executive, who can communicate
fluently in French. The majority of the role is based on line with e-mail and
written processes.
You will be responsible for -Successfully communicating with French visitors to the UK , mainly written and some verbal communication
- Dealing with incoming queries about venues and sights / places to visit
- Following up all queries and communications and monitoring all calls
Your Profile
To be successful within this role you must
- Have previous proven experience with online marketing / sales role
- Be fluent in French
