  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environment including server (2003/2008), Exchange (2003/2007/2010), Windows Terminal server, Windows SQL, Windows (XP/Vista/7), Microsoft Office Applications, Anti-virus/Anti-spam/Antispyware.
  • Networking knowledge of ADSL / Leased Line / WLAN / DNS /DHCP /VPN/ Firewall/TCP/IP at LAN /WAN Level.
  •  Installation of new systems and upgrading existing systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and against timelines.
  • Comprehensive experience of carrying out hardware analysis and repairs on Servers, Workstations / Laptops, etc.
