You will have a staple track record and be able to demonstrate the skills needed for this position.The successful candidate will assist in the effective day to day operations management of the Cocktail Bar and lounge, working with senior management to achieve a minimum Gross Profit margin and ensure that an excellent level of customer care is delivered
Typically 40 – 45 hrs/week, shift pattern of 5 out of 7, extra hours and flexibility of hours may be required, when staff are on holiday or absent for other reasons. Work will include some night shifts

Required Experience
- A previous supervisory position is essential within a restaurant environment
- Experience in all aspects of the restaurant trade
- Show ambition, passion and enthusiasm towards their position
- Working closely with our F&B teams to carry out operational duties as well as training of other members of staff
- Show determination and dedication to the company
- Manage and motivate team to achieve the highest possible standards whilst on duty
- Assist in the development of team members such as supervisors, to progress them to a managerial level
- Assist in the training of new members of staff, to ensure that the customer service standards are exceptional at all times
- Ensure food quality meets company standards
- Managing all conference and events bookings and delivery of service
- Assist with and drive the effective operation of stock control, cash security and service standards

- upto £16,500 depending on experience
