Our concept helps children develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially through gymnastics, sports, games, exploration and creativity.
Our weekly classes are led by well-trained, experienced staff and are designed to teach children in a fun, yet challenging environment. Children at The Little Gym are encouraged to be playful and express themselves freely, being urged to meet new friends and share new experiences in a safe, fun and colourful environment.
The Little Gym is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing individuals to join its’ dynamic team of child Development Instructors (Full/part time) at it’s ever expanding Wandsworth gym, the first in the UK.
Child Development Instructor
The role involves the teaching of developmental, gymnastics based classes, customer relations as well as front desk and marketing tasks (full training will be given in all aspects of the role). Candidates should be confident working with children between the ages of 4months- 12years (prior experience essential). A clear career progression is available for applicants motivated and looking to expand their expertise and responsibilities (management), within the team.
Qualifications:
- The Little Gym is looking for a high level of qualifications (degree preferable although not essential) and a background in Sports, Teaching or Gymnastics (NVQ Level 2/level 3 in childcare and first aid certifications would also be beneficial).
