Working to tight deadlines, we are looking for bakers who thrive under pressure and have the skill and passion to embrace new challenges.Candidates must be reliable and be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player. You must have a genuine interest in all aspects of baking and the ability to create recipes as well as able to adopt new working methods on a regular basis. Experience in traditional & long fermentation breads, and hand made viennoiserie production is necessary and assist in the development of our new cake & patisserie
40 hours per week (including nights & weekends) excellent salary with opportunities to progress within.
