Service Coordinator
- Directly responsible for overall function of the Maintenance Department.
- Must work directly with the President, Service Manager, Project Managers, Office Staff, Clients and outside Vendors and Subcontractors.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to set up of service calls & dispatching technicians, invoicing purchase orders, insurance verification and requirements, employee, rate and client set up, billing and collections, on-call set up and other various administrative duties.
- Maintenance of Customer Agreements and accurate filing system is essential.
- Must be familiar with all General Office Procedures manual, NY, NJ, PA & CT state sales tax rates, rules and regulations and work state requirements pertaining to the issuance of purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors.
- Have a good understanding of all construction tax documents.
- Must have knowledge of tax status of each customer and adhere accordingly.
- Daily set up and dispatch of service calls -- should have good knowledge of 5 boroughs. Logging ticket numbers and purchase order amounts into system and follow up of hard copy.
- Request client purchase order and log accordingly.
- Weekly processing of vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Weekly billing of all work orders and collections to all service clients.
- Review and updates of any customer agreements & rates necessary.
