- Our friendly and knowledgeable team provide excellent customer service to our clients on medicines, healthcare supplements as well as Clarins, Lancome and other top range beauty products.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking deliveries, booking orders on EPOS, merchandising products.
- Building relationships with local surgeries and assisting with prescription collection service.
- Keeping uptodate with product knowledge by attending occasional evening training sessions.
- Providing advice on OTC medicines, healthcare and supplements
- Cash handling/till management
- Placing orders on EPOS.
Skills and Experience:
- Full UK work permit.
- Proactive and conscientious approach to work.
- Willingness to learn.
- Retail experience in pharmacy essential.
- Pharmacy training (NVQ level 1) or 'medicines counter assistant' or equivalent essential.
- Strong customer service skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
