Email Marketing Manager:
A Pivotal Part of the CRM Marketing Division, you will be seen as an expert on CRM marketing but particularly email marketing and social and direct marketing too.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of a portfolio of database marketing campaigns, maximising response rates and ROI at all times
- Utilise your technical expertise to oversee the coding, tagging and execution of the email marketing campaigns and advise on campaigns accordingly
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all targets and strategies are met and delivered.
- Producing and reporting on campaign and programme effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
- - Setting creative direction for Email Marketing campaigns, Direct marketing campaigns and Social media Marketing campaigns for in-house and external Creative teams, including campaign objectives, messaging, and potential templates
- Create and Lead development of ongoing communications to multiple segments and consumer groups within the database
Email Marketing Manager:
Person
- 3 years experience in Email/database marketing or customer relationship marketing program development and/or implementation.
- 2 years experience utilising outbound email marketing is a must ideally in a B-to-C environment.
- Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and agency partners, and can get cooperation in a non-authority relationship
- Strong strategic direction expertise in a previous role, and be seen as an ideas generator
- Good technical skills - ability to tag and code emails and understand the tracking of emails
- Project management skills experience a strong benefit
- Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing and product solutions
