RESPONSIBLE FOR:Supporting the Event Sales department for Thames Luxury Charters.
JOB PURPOSE:To provide sales & Administration support for Thames Luxury Charters. There will be an opportunity for the role to develop.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To book services in connection with events/functions
- Maintain the event diary
- Administrative duties in connection with event sales
- To act upon sales enquiries as received and follow through according to the training which you will be given.
- To manage all aspects of client files
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Numeracy skills
- Catering or hospitality background preferred
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
NORMAL HOURS PER WEEK:Full time standard, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Flexibility, may be required to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
