You will:
- To work with the branches in your region to develop existing principal business and to identify, target and convert new clients through consistent sales activity.
- Start-up & Manage the Accountancy Division - building high level candidate and client relationships, and exceeding all SLA / EOS requirements
- To effectively manage the performance of your BM's through coaching, reviews and annual appraisals.
- Manage performance and recruitment within the region, focusing on co-member performance, growth of Net Income Per Co-member (NIPC) and turnover.
- Lead and manage various regions, developing a regional business plan to ensure achievement of year on year growth.
- Win market share and improve productivity, developing the branch network.
- Meet and exceed revenue growth targets and budget (both income and contribution) set by the Regional Director.
- To analyse, interpret and report on relevant financial information.
- Contribute to the wider strategic aims of the business, and the other specialist recruitment companies within the group.
As overall Divisional Manager previous recruitment experience in accountancy is essential with a proven background in billing and revenue generation.
