Finance Assistant - Rent - Service Charge - Reconciliations - Excel - Sun - Tenant Queries
Responsibilities include:
- Be able to understand tenancy agreements, deal with queries from tenants and to provide documentation where necessary
- Responsible for rent and service charge reconciliations
- Accountable for all administration duties including posting, printing and checking system
- Calculating rent and service charge charges
Essential skills:
- Prior experience of working in a Housing Association
- Used housing management systems
- Ability to explain rent calculations and requirements to none finance staff
- Proficient in Excel (v look ups and pivot tables)
- Able to calculate rent charges
Desirable skills:
- SUN system experience
