You will be based in our office in Daston and your primary role will be to call warm and cold leads on our database with a view to converting then to valuation leads for our negotiators.
You will also be expected to periodically email, text and post letters to prospective customers to gain new business for our agency.

- We are a firm of estate agents dealing with sales and lettings of resindetial and commercial properties in Hackney and surrounding boroughs.
Salary package
- The salary will consist of a basic salary plus commission for each succesful lead booked and also a bonus when a monthly target is achieved.

Qualifications Required
- You will ideally have at least 1 years experience in a similar sales background, have an exceptional level of oral and written english, have an excellent telephone manner, be highly self motivated and organised and have good people skills.
Working hours
- The role is initially offered on a part time (3 day a week / 24 hrs per week basis) which will roll onto a full time basis for the successful candidate.
