The role will entitle managing the patient, staff and visitor food services within the trust catering department,
You will be responsible for the manpower planning, performance and development of all staff and continual performance appraisal will be carried out on a monthly basis
You will need to be responsible for a budget of 3M and the manpower of 36.61WTE
The restaurent within the hospital seats 180 and a 48 seat coffee shop you will be required to develop the hospitality service to increase income into the trust
