Reservation agent responsibilities:
- Deliver levels of service to customers consistent with agreed service and quality standards.
- To proactively offer all company products and services.
- Load and complete all confirmed bookings and provide all necessary after sale support.
- Meet and exceed department targets on call handling, revenue and conversion rate.
Reservation agent requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own incentive.
- A proven background of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A strong background in working to and achieving sales targets.
- Experience of working in a sales/customer service role within the travel industry.
