  • As Chef de Partie you will be answering directly to the Sous Chef and Head Chef and be responsible for the junior members of the team.
  • You will be very enthusiastic and have a genuine passion for producing high quality food from fresh ingredients.This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to establish themselves within a demanding environment and expand their knowledge across a range of cuisines.
  • As Chef de Partie you will have responsibility for your own section within the kitchen including training and developing the junior members of the team, health & safety and hygiene
  • This position is for an individual who wishes to grow as part of an ever developing business and who sees the position as an exciting and long term appointment.

Our client is a Prestigious 5 star 2AA hotel based in Wimbledon. They work with fresh, local, seasonal produce in providing mouth watering and innovative dishes. The hotel is popular with leisure and business guests and also is well placed as a venue for banquets and functions as well as private dining. They seek a ambitious Chef de Partie who is looking for development in a growing environment and a chance to work with a well established Head Chef.
